the las week, i bought a mobile phone in your company, but, the device had many problems, so that, i´m writing this letter.

unfortunately, has not performed well, the product doesn't work properly and i need the phone urgently.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could repair my device with the porpuse of use the phone, or give my money back either.

if you can solve my problem, i'll appreciate it so much.
