I am here to complain about my last visit to the skate board shop.

The last weekend I visited your famous shop in Miami where I bought three pairs of tennis; when I arived to my house to open the boxes, I saw that the seller had packed only two pairs, and I have a serious problem becouse I missed the ticket.

I´m from Colombia, and I traveled to Miami in order to purchase something of your famous shop, so I am very dissapointed.

Please I need an inmediatly answer becouse I am going to travel to Colombia the next week.
If you can help me, I'll appreciate it so much
