I'm writing this to you because I need to inform you about some problems that I had with the staff from your hotel last vacations, when I went with my parentes and my boyfriend on July. We chose to go to your hotel because we had listened goog things about it, but when we arrived on Sunday 14th, we began to have problems because in the lobby the staff didn't allow our ingress.

After two hours my family and me could went into ours rooms, but on Tuesday we wanted to go to Taganga beach and the staff didn't want to carry us because they said that we hadn't pay that travel, but we really pay it. On Friday we needed to come backto Bogotá and we wanted the bus' hotel because we needed to arrive at 4:00pm at the airport and the bus didn't arrive to the hotel to pick us up. The personal didn't want to help us never, we had some problems and we couldn't do nothing because in the hotel nobody said anything about what we could do.

Finally, we decided to don't come back to your hotel never, but I want you to tell your employees about the situation, because the hotel's personal are mean with the visitors, and it can't be happening because each time your hotel lost people that want to visit your hotel.
