My dad, who works at the IDEAM office, told me when we had an interview last week.
It was raining everyday in Bogota, but during the last week the sun was heating a lot and the temperatures went over the 20ºC. That weren´t predicted by the IDEAM.

“It could be a little possibility of rain in the east mountains of the city with some electric storms”, said Max Henriquez in the morning news of RCN.

Anyway, still the possibility of a sunny day with an unbearable heat, so please, don´t forget your umbrella or your bathing suit.

I'm writing this to you because I need to inform you about some problems that I had with the staff from your hotel last vacations, when I went with my parentes and my boyfriend on July. We chose to go to your hotel because we had listened goog things about it, but when we arrived on Sunday 14th, we began to have problems because in the lobby the staff didn't allow our ingress.

After two hours my family and me could went into ours rooms, but on Tuesday we wanted to go to Taganga beach and the staff didn't want to carry us because they said that we hadn't pay that travel, but we really pay it. On Friday we needed to come backto Bogotá and we wanted the bus' hotel because we needed to arrive at 4:00pm at the airport and the bus didn't arrive to the hotel to pick us up. The personal didn't want to help us never, we had some problems and we couldn't do nothing because in the hotel nobody said anything about what we could do.

Finally, we decided to don't come back to your hotel never, but I want you to tell your employees about the situation, because the hotel's personal are mean with the visitors, and it can't be happening because each time your hotel lost people that want to visit your hotel.

the las week, i bought a mobile phone in your company, but, the device had many problems, so that, i´m writing this letter.

unfortunately, has not performed well, the product doesn't work properly and i need the phone urgently.

I am here to complain about my last visit to the skate board shop.

The last weekend I visited your famous shop in Miami where I bought three pairs of tennis; when I arived to my house to open the boxes, I saw that the seller had packed only two pairs, and I have a serious problem becouse I missed the ticket.

I´m from Colombia, and I traveled to Miami in order to purchase something of your famous shop, so I am very dissapointed.

Please I need an inmediatly answer becouse I am going to travel to Colombia the next week.

Thank for your letter, I read your problem and I think that I could help you, for this reason I wrote you, I studied medicine moreover I am specialist in the heard, I think that you should to rest long time because you have a earache very dangerous.

First, you have to put cotton wool in your ears all night, moreover you can´t listen strong noises, then I think that you shouldn´t to leave the house a long to one week, second you have to drink one medicament it is a syrup, third you can´t swim either walk for log time, nor run.
